Koretia Williams, MBA
Koretia Williams is the Research Project Lead at Metrohealth . She joined the Research Team at the Metrohealth Cancer Center (MHCC) in 2020 where she began her tenure as a Clinical Research Coordinator. In this capacity, Ms. Williams, not only provide guidance and leadership for the Cancer Centers Clinical Trials Unit but helps to develop processes and protocols to ensure that clinical trial adhere to state, federal, and national standards.
Koretia also works with the Clinical Research Manager and Steering Committee at MetroHealth to ensure that all adequate trials are brought to MHCC that aligns with the the organization’s patient population and resources.
Prior to joining MetroHealth, Koretia worked in various research capacities within the Cleveland Clinic.
Koretia is a graduate of Chancellor University (formerly David N. Myers) where she earned a Master of Business Administration. She is also the founder of Turning Corners Veterans Support Group a non-profit organization established to support veterans navigate through life (ie. Housing, healthcare, employment and education) after serving.
In her spare time, Koretia Williams helps to educate the community on the importance of clinical trial.
