MySKCle is developing the Warrior’s Refuge project to support women undergoing cancer treatment who face housing insecurity due to loss of income or employment. This initiative will provide a safe and supportive environment for women who are experiencing eviction or foreclosure, offering temporary housing as they recover from the physical, emotional, and financial challenges of cancer.
The transitional housing will serve as a refuge where cancer warriors can focus on their health and healing while accessing necessary resources, including emotional support, employment assistance, and healthcare services. The project is designed to empower women during one of the most difficult times in their lives, helping them regain stability and rebuild their lives post-treatment.
By offering a compassionate and stable living environment, Warrior’s Refuge ensures that no woman has to face homelessness while battling cancer.
