Healing Through Creativity, Connection, and Conversation

Welcome to a transformative series of free workshops where mental wellness meets creative expression. Whether you’re a youth navigating big emotions, a family processing stress, or someone honoring a loved one, these sessions offer a safe, supportive space to express yourself through art—and find connection along the way.

What to Expect

Each workshop blends:

  • Resin Art Projects – Hands-on activities like jewelry-making, keychains, keepsakes, and more

  • Mental Health Support – Gentle conversations on grief, stress, identity, and resilience

  • Resources – Access to 988 crisis cards, local referrals, and journaling materials

  • Snacks & Supplies Included – Just bring yourself—we’ve got everything else covered

No art experience needed. All ages welcome (some workshops are youth- or family-focused).

Why These Workshops Matter

We believe that:

  • Mental health conversations should be accessible and stigma-free

  • Creative expression helps process emotions and build resilience

  • Connection—whether through family, memory, or community—saves lives

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, healing from loss, or simply seeking connection, these workshops are designed to uplift, support, and empower you.
