About the Event
The Pretty in Pink Warrior Coronation Gala is My Sister’s Keeper Cleveland’s signature biennial fundraising and recognition event. Held once every two years, the gala honors Warriors—women navigating cancer and survivorship—while welcoming men, women, and children impacted by cancer to participate in an evening centered on resilience, healing, and community.
The evening features a formal Warrior Coronation ceremony, storytelling, and an elegant experience designed to restore dignity, rebuild self-esteem, and foster a strong community of support for individuals and families whose lives have been affected by cancer.
While the gala itself takes place on a single evening, it serves as the culmination and launch point of a broader, 4-month program. Participants are connected to ongoing opportunities that support identity, confidence, and community-building well beyond the event.
In addition to honoring Warriors, the evening includes the presentation of select community and advocacy awards, recognizing individuals and partners whose leadership and service have meaningfully advanced cancer education, health equity, and community-based support.
