Provision Project
Provides financial assistance for women in active breast cancer treatment. Applications open online only on the 1st of each month at 8 AM Pacific and close once monthly funds are allocated. Applicants must be:
Currently receiving neoadjuvant chemo or radiation,
Within 3 weeks of breast cancer surgery, or
Diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer.
JD Breast Cancer Foundation
We understand how difficult is it for an individual and their family after a diagnosis of breast cancer. Not only are there medical bills to deal with but some may also be experiencing financial hardship due to the cost of treatment and inability to work while in treatment. JD Breast Cancer is here to help.
Allyson Whitney Foundation
Allyson Whitney Foundation offers Life Interrupted Grants of $500 to $1,500 to young adults between the ages of 16 and 36 diagnosed with breast cancer who are in active treatment or who finished active treatment within the past 10 months. The grants can be used to cover medical bills, rent, utilities, insurance premiums, IVF treatments, travel expenses, integrative therapies, and more.
CHN Housing Program
Cleveland Housing Network is a nonprofit affordable housing developer, housing service provider, residential lender and housing intermediary working to build thriving communities, improve housing affordability and preserve and expand the supply of affordable housing in our region.
Cuyahoga County Street Card
Each year, the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless publishes the Street Card, a FREE booklet containing vital information about services for people experiencing homelessness in our community.
The Street Card is designed to be portable, easy to read, and up to date so that people seeking services, outreach workers, and other organizations throughout Cuyahoga County can access the information they need.
We distribute the Street Card to individuals, shelters, hospitals, schools, police stations, and libraries. It contains information that would assist a homeless person in accessing services in Cuyahoga County.
The Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF)
The Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) also runs a co-pay relief program for people who are insured and qualify for help with coverage for medical prescriptions and treatments.
Infinite Strength provides grants to help cover rent or mortgage costs for six months for underserved solo parents diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer
Empowered Minds: Chemo Brain and Embracing Life Beyond Cancer
The Empowered Minds: Conquering Chemo Brain and Embracing Life Beyond Cancer</strong> guide from My Sister’s Keeper-Cleveland explains the cognitive challenges faced during and after cancer treatment, commonly known as "chemo brain." It covers the causes, including treatment and menopause, and provides practical strategies for managing symptoms. Highlights include mental exercises, brain-boosting nutrition, mindfulness practices, and long-term cognitive support. The guide encourages women to reclaim their mental clarity with tools, routines, and a strong community of support.

United Breast Cancer Foundation’s Individual Grant Program
United Breast Cancer Foundation’s Individual Grant Program supports people who are receiving treatment for breast cancer or who have been in remission for three years or less by covering expenses such as medical procedures, prescription medicines, COBRA insurance coverage, housing expenses, utilities, transportation costs, and car insurance payments.
Diet and Exercise
Provides easy-to-follow guidance from the American Cancer Society on healthy eating and physical activity during and after cancer treatment. Covers recommended nutrition habits, how to manage appetite changes, staying active safely, preventing weight loss or gain, and reducing treatment-related side effects through lifestyle adjustments. Designed to help patients maintain strength, support healing, and improve overall well-being.
Merrick House
Merrick House is one of the locations that is awarded the Harry Ratner Human Services Fund. This fund was created to specifically help people in need with their everyday lives. Please call Merrick House for further details and instruction if you are someone in need of assistance.

Alliance for Fertility Preservation
The mission is to increase information, resources, and access to fertility preservation for cancer patients and the healthcare professionals who treat them. To streamline the process of accessing fertility services, we created the online clinic locator and referral tool called Fertility Scout™, which is a free, web-based tool that enables patients and their healthcare providers to find local reproductive facilities.
Living Beyond Breast Cancer Fund
Living Beyond Breast Cancer Fund provides a need-based, one-time grant ranging from $500 to $1,250 for those who are in active treatment for breast cancer. The grant covers non-medical and cost of living expenses such as mortgage, car payments, car insurance payments, and other utilities.
Expect Miracles Foundation’s SAMfund Grants program
Expect Miracles Foundation’s SAMfund Grants program offers financial grants to young adults between the ages of 21 and 39 with a history of breast cancer. The grants may cover financial assistance with car payments, graduate tuition, reconstructive procedures, fertility preservation, and help with rent or mortgage payments.
American Breast Cancer Foundation
ABCF operates a national Breast Cancer Assistance Program for screenings and diagnostic tests for uninsured and underserved individuals regardless of age, race, or gender. ABCF makes these life-saving services available to individuals who would otherwise have no other means of access. In doing so, ABCF strives to reduce barriers, facilitate diagnosis and treatment options, which are critical to achieving equality in breast cancer outcomes.
