Cancellation Policy

Wig Pickup Booking Policy My Sister’s Keeper offers wig services to women undergoing cancer treatment, providing an opportunity to select from our inventory of donated wigs. Please review the following policy for scheduling and picking up wigs. 1. Eligibility Wig services are available to Little Sisters currently undergoing active treatment (e.g., chemotherapy, radiation, surgery recovery) for cancer. Proof of active treatment may be required at the time of booking. 2. Booking Process Appointments to view and pick up a wig must be made at least 5 days in advance via the My Sister’s Keeper website or by contacting the team. Walk-in appointments are not available; all wig pickups must be scheduled in advance. You will have the opportunity to select a wig from the donated inventory during your appointment. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be communicated at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. More than two last-minute cancellations or no-shows within a month may result in a temporary suspension of wig services. 4. Pickup Location & Timing Wig pickups are available 7 days a week, at My Sister's Keeper Office. You will be given a pickup window at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience. If you are unable to pick up the wig at the scheduled time, please notify us immediately to make alternative arrangements. 5. No-Show Policy If you do not pick up your wig within 24 hours of your scheduled time without notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the wig will be returned to inventory. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension from the wig service. 6. Funding & Availability Wig services are provided based on available funding. If there is a delay in securing your desired wig, we will inform you as soon as possible. 7. Health and Safety All wigs are cleaned and sanitized before pickup to ensure hygiene and safety for our clients. Thank you for trusting My Sister’s Keeper with your wig needs.
