As the co-creator of Reviving Prayer Circle and the leader of My Sister’s Circle, J’nay has developed a virtual platform that connects healthcare professionals with women in need, offering critical insights into cancer prevention, treatment, and wellness. Through these initiatives, she ensures that My Sister’s Keeper provides not just services, but a compassionate and empowering support system.
J’nay's background in psychology and sociology from Cleveland State University informs her holistic approach to service design, enabling her to craft innovative programs that address both the emotional and practical needs of participants. Her leadership as a National Account Manager and Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council at MetLife Legal Plans has honed her skills in strategic planning, collaboration, and fostering inclusivity—qualities she brings to every aspect of her work at My Sister's Keeper.
In her current role, J’nay is responsible for aligning My Sister’s Keeper’s service offerings with its brand identity, ensuring that every program—from Big Sister mentoring to the Pretty in Pink Gala—reflects the core values of the organization. Her ability to integrate brand messaging into innovative services has significantly enhanced community engagement and expanded the organization’s reach.
J’nay's advocacy extends beyond her professional life.
