Lydia Mayfield is an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in behavioral health and psychiatric care. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care while collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement effective treatment plans. With a strong background in addiction services and community care, she is committed to delivering high-quality behavioral health support through effective communication, collaboration, and service excellence.

As the Director of Volunteer Services with My Sister’s Keeper, Lydia brings her strong leadership skills and passion for community outreach to the role. She will be instrumental in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers, ensuring they are well-equipped to support the organization’s mission. Lydia’s ability to engage and inspire teams will help drive the volunteer program’s success, while her experience in healthcare administration and volunteer management enables her to create effective processes and strategies for volunteer involvement.

In addition to overseeing volunteer coordination for special events like the Pretty in Pink Gala and A Walk in Her Shoes, Lydia will work to strengthen partnerships with community organizations and foster a collaborative environment that supports the goals and vision of My Sister’s Keeper.
