Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your willingness to serve as a speaker in our Cancer Support Education Series. Your voice and expertise are vital to helping us educate, empower, and support women navigating their cancer journey. To ensure a smooth experience and avoid scheduling conflicts, all speakers will be asked to confirm their session date and time by booking directly through our online scheduling platform via Wix. Once confirmed, this locks in your time slot and helps prevent double booking. Please note the following regarding media use and content distribution: Recording & Streaming All sessions will be recorded and streamed live on the My Sister’s Keeper-Cleveland Facebook page. The session recording will then be archived as a resource on: MySKCle.org YouTube (MySKCle Channel) Additional internal or community learning platforms as appropriate. Content Development Educational tools, handouts, and resources may be created using content shared during your session (e.g., quotes, teaching points, tips). These materials will be used to support ongoing patient education and advocacy, always with credit given to the speaker when appropriate. By confirming your participation, you consent to the live stream, recording, and use of session content for educational and nonprofit purposes. If there are any restrictions or requests regarding your appearance, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate accordingly. Thank you again for being part of this important initiative.
